About me

With over 25 years of experience teaching German, French, and Hungarian as foreign languages, and since 2019 also in an online format – I specialize in helping adult learners and motivated high school students prepare for language exams and final assessments. I teach using English, German, and French as support languages, depending on the learner’s needs.

My sessions are conversation-focused and friendly, always centered around the learner’s goals, interests, and pace. I particularly enjoy working with learners at B1 level and above, and I have a strong track record preparing students for advanced-level exams such as BME, Telc, and the Goethe-Institut certifications.

Students often describe me as empathetic, patient, and well-prepared. I believe the foundation of successful language learning is a strong teacher–student connection, active communication, and highly personalized teaching methods. Before our first lesson, I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation to discuss your goals and tailor the lesson structure accordingly.

I personally understand the challenges of language barriers. At 15, I had to interpret in a funny but uncomfortable situation long before I felt truly confident. That memory has stayed with me and helps me connect with and support learners who feel uncertain or shy.

I've worked with professionals across various industries—including engineers, IT specialists, and executives—at multinational companies such as Siemens, Bosch (Budapest), Audi Győr, and Cofidis. I also teach Hungarians living abroad, drawing on my own experience living in Paris and Munich to help them adapt linguistically and culturally.

I enjoy teaching professional and technical language as well. I’ve worked with nurses, logistics experts, chefs, and business professionals. No matter the learner or the field, my aim is to make language learning effective, enjoyable, and confidence-boosting.
